PQRS App for iPhone

This app is the mobile companion to MDinteractive PQRS registry. Using this app, medical providers can create patient records, submit PQRS quality measures and potentially qualify to earn a bonus payment from Medicare. Version 1 of the app offers the ability to report the PQRS Preventive measures group.
